The Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that a discharge application has been filed by the Applicant in the Trial Court which is pending consideration of the Trial Court. In view of the fact that the discharge application has been filed in the Trial Court by the Applicant we do not deem it appropriate to entertain the above Criminal Application, the same is accordingly dismissed.
