Learned Counsel representing the Petitioners and Respondent No.7 submits that the Petitioner and Respondent No.7 i.e. Developer have entered into mutual settlement. Parties to the Consent Terms are present in Court, admit their respective signatures and further admit that the settlement arrived at in terms of Consent Terms and they have voluntarily signed the same after fully understanding the contents explained to them by their respective Advocates. Copy of the Consent Terms along with photocopy of Power of Attorney and the ID proof is taken on record and marked 'X' collectively for identification. The undertaking given by the Petitioners in terms of Clause 7 of the Petition is accepted. 2.
The Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of Consent Terms filed with no order as to costs.
