Perused the report of the Investigating Agency. The report states that the investigation is on-going. Considering the allegations in the FIR of fabrication of the shares and the report, we do not find that this is a case that the FIR can be quashed by consent of the Complainant. This matter cannot be considered as arising out of a purely private dispute.

It is always open to the Petitioner to take steps as regard quashing, discharge etc. on merits of the case. Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
