1] Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners are project affected persons. The Petitioners were allotted alternate land, but because of poverty, they could not deposit the occupancy price. The Petitioners have filed application to allow them to deposit the amount. The said application is pending. 2] We have heard the learned AGP.

3] It appears that, after the Petitioners filed the application, the report was called and the same has been submitted by the Tahsildar to 1/2

4] Respondent No.2 shall take decision upon application of the Petitioners (Page 74) on its own merits preferably within 4 months from today.
