The applicants are apprehending arrest in Special LAC C. R. No. 204 of 2019 dated 26th December, 2019, new C.R. No. 08 of 2020 registered with Oshiwara Police Station, Mumbai under Sections 4, 5, 6 & 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1965. 2.

Perusal of the statements of victim ladies, which are annexed to the application, prima facie indicates that, the said victims are not supporting the case of the prosecution. It prima facie appears that, their versions are contradictory to the statement of first Manish S. Thatte Manish S. Thatte Date: 2021.03.09 12:41:50 +0530 informant. The applicant was granted interim protection vide order dated 23rd April, 2020. Hence, custodial interrogation of the Sajakali Jamadar

ORDER

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No. 722 of 2020 is allowed;

(ii) In the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with Special LAC C.R. No. 204 of 2019 dated 26th December 2019 new C.R. No.08 of 2020 registered with Oshiwara Police Station, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(iii) The applicants shall attend the investigating officer on 15th, 16th & 17th March, 2021 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 noon. (iv) Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of accordingly.
