Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Prayers made in this petition are virtually identical with the prayers made by the petitioners in W.P.No.7460 of 2012. If the grievance of the petitioners is that the order dated 10th August 2012 passed in the earlier writ petition is not complied with, they have their remedies open.

However, a fresh petition containing more of less identical prayers cannot be entertained. Subject to what is observed above, writ petition is rejected.
