It appears that on 15 September 2023, the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee ('AGRC') granted stay to the impugned order till passing of meeting decision. However, by the impugned order dated 30 November 2023, the AGRC vacated the order. Hence, it would be in the interest of justice that the order dated 15 September 2023 is continued till the AGRC decides the appeal on merits.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner shall serve the copy of compilation of the appeal to the Advocate for the appellant who appeared in the revision, today itself, and shall obtain acknowledgment of receipt.

The AGRC shall consider the rights of the parties immediately in next meeting scheduled to take place. 4.

The parties shall be notified about the date of appearance at least one day in advance.

5.

The AGRC shall decide the appeal within two weeks from the date of appearance of the parties.

6.

The writ petition stands disposed of in above terms. No costs.
