2] On the allegation of blackmailing, offence is registered against the applicant vide C.R. No. 462/2018 registered at MIDC Police Station for Offence punishable under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

3] Learned APP on instructions informs that custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required, however, applicant should attend the Investigating Offcer as and when directed. 4] In that view of the matter, statement made on instructions by learned APP is accepted. Applicant shall report to concerned Investigating Offcer as and when directed. Application as such stands disposed of. Since anticipatory bail application is disposed of, Cri.
