On being confronted with the earlier order passed by this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No.305 of 2022 dated 04/02/2022, when the application was unconditionally withdrawn, on the disinclination being expressed by this Court, the learned counsel for the applicant fairly states that he was not apprised by his client about the said fact. In the wake of the above, on instructions of the client, he seeks permission to withdraw the application.
