Petition is filed for registration of FIR against accused on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint dated 19th November 2013.

Learned APP, on instructions, states that on the basis of Petitioner's complaint dated 13th November 2013, already FIR bearing CR No. 430 of 2013 was registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 448 and 451 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. She further states that this FIR was investigated and ultimately charge-sheet is filed before the concerned Magistrate. Statement is accepted. 3.
Application dated 19th November 2013 is given to the senior inspector of police of Oshiwara Police Station by the Petitioner's advocate. By the said application, again request is made to register offence under sections 341, 448 and 451 of IPC. Since offence is already registered on the basis of the Petitioner's patilsr 1 / 2
earlier complaint and charge-sheet is also filed, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
