By an order dated 6.1.2016 the applicant herein i.e. the wife was granted liberty to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioner­husband. The present application is filed thereby praying that the said amount may be allowed to be withdrawn in the maiden name of the applicant herein as she holds an account with the concerned bank in her maiden name. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
