Mr.Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Patil, learned Counsel for the respondents jointly state that the parties have

The writ petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.

Mr.Deshmukh submits that the keys of the premises are handed over to the respondents today.

In pursuance of the interim orders passed by this Court certain amounts came to be deposited by the petitioner. The respondents are permitted to withdraw the said amount alongwith the interest accrued if any.

Civil Application No.321 of 2013 would not survive and accordingly stands disposed of.

6.

Contempt Petition (St) No.8210 of 2017 would not survive. It is disposed of.
