By order dated 12 th September, 2017 this Court recorded that the petitioners are not pressing prayer clause (b) and (c) of the petition and accordingly the matter was to be listed for admission. On 10 th October, 2017 the matter came to be adjourned at the request of the parties. In the circumstances, the same is listed today. In view of the order passed on 12 th September, 2017, listing the matter for admission, this Civil Application seeking fixing a date for final hearing does not survive. Hence I pass the following order.

(i) Civil Application is dismissed.
