Ms. Sonali Chavan, learned Counsel for Respondent wife has drawn my attention to the order dated 9th June 2022 whereby the stay granted by this Court on 28th April 2022 was vacated. The Family Court was given liberty to execute the distress warrant against the Petitioner husband. In view of above, the Petition has been rendered infructuous. However, since none appears for Petitioner, stand over to 6th June, 2023 for further orders".
