The challenge in the petition is to the letter dated 28/11/2018 passed by the Joint Director, Higher Education, Pune- Respondent herein whereby it was informed to the Principal, Institution with whom the Petitioner was working that the Petitioner is not entitled for pension as librarian. During pendency of the petition, the Petitioner's case appears to have been considered and the Petitioner has received the pension. 4.

The issue canvassed is already redressed. We see no reason to continue pendency of the petition before this Court. As such the petition stands disposed of. However, disposal of the Petition will not come in the way in claiming the benefits, which otherwise he is entitled based on the pension that he is receiving. If any representation is moved by the Petitioner to that effect, same be addressed by Respondent-Authority on its own merit. (SHARMILA U. DESHMUKH, J.) ( NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.)
