This matter was initially instituted by two Petitioners i.e. Bhagirathibai and Pramila. Bhagirathibai has long since expired and it is submitted that Pramila i.e. Petitioner No.2, was her legal representative.

The learned Counsel for Petitioner, on instructions, submits that in May 2014, Pramila has expired. 3.

Till date no steps have been taken for bringing on record the legal representative/s, if any, of the said Pramila. URS

In the aforesaid circumstances, there is no option but to dismiss this petition for non-prosecution. The petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
