By this application, the applicant has sought modification of the condition set out in para 2(i) of order dated 16-1-2015, passed by this Court (Coram: P.D. Kode, J.) in Bail Application No.12 of 2015, which reads as under:

"(i) not enter the area of

Ulhasnagar City without permission of trial Court;"

From the above, it is evident that permission is to be taken from the trial Court. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the applicant does not press the present application and seeks liberty to approach the trial Court. He submits that the applicant will file an appropriate application, seeking permission of the trial Court to enter Ulhasnagar City. The trial Court shall not be influenced by the withdrawal of this application, which is disposed of as not pressed.

Liberty is granted to the applicant to file an appropriate application before the trial Court as per para 2(i) of the order dated dated 16-1-2015, passed by this Court in Bail Application No.12 of 2015.

The application is disposed of accordingly in the aforesaid terms.
