1) Heard learned counsel for the applicant Shri. Sudhir Halli instructed by Subhash Hulyalkar, Advocate for the applicant. Learned counsel fairly submits that it was not brought to the notice of the Court that earlier application was rejected as not tenable.

2) It is pertinent to note that right from the inception, Advocate Shri. Subhash Hulyalkar was representing the applicant and apparently there is suppression of facts. In view of this, for the reasons mentioned in the order dated 10/03/2015, applicant does not deserve to be granted any relief by this Court.
