I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants. Mr.Ingale, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.2 and 3 states that his clients have no objection if the delay in filing this civil application is condoned and appeal from order is restored to file along with ad-interim order, if any, passed by this Court. Statement is accepted.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application and in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). No order as to costs.
