The learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that an amount of Rs.1,35,000/- is paid on 3rd October 2019. The respondent has not paid maintenance for the month of October 2019 and it is normally seen that there are arrears and thereafter, the lumpsum amount is randomly calculated. In view of this, the respondent is hereby directed to deposit a maintenance of Rs.60,000/- pm in the account of the applicant before 10th of each month. Upon failure the applicant is entitled to seek execution of the order for payment of maintenance. Application stands disposed of. Petition to be listed on 6th January 2020. (SMT. SADHANA S. JADHAV, J)
