ORDER:- The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, in view of the subsequent development, seeks to withdraw the present Writ Petition to invoke appropriate remedy in view of the pendency of the Civil Suit No. 423 of 2015 in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. However, the protective order so granted by this Court on 21 August 2015, which has been in force since then, to continue for further four weeks from today, for enabling the Petitioner to take out appropriate Application for such order, if so instructed.
