Petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondent to take cognizance of the Petitioner's report dated 19th May 2014 and also complaint dated 9th April 2015 and register an FIR. 2.
Mrs. Deshmukh, learned APP, on instructions, states that the said complaint of the Petitioner was enquired into. She submitted that the opinion of Oriental Bank of Commerce was also taken and police have come to the conclusion that no commission of cognizable offence is made out. She also submitted that conclusion arrived at by the Investigating Officer shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a week from today.

In the light of above, we are not inclined to entertain this petition especially when the Petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy to approach the Magistrate. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
