The Petitioner states that it has approached the State Government with a representation and that is under consideration. If any adverse decision is taken then alone the Petitioner would revive the challenge and not otherwise.

In terms of the instructions received, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file fresh Petition in the event the decision of the State Government is still adverse to the interest of the Petitioner.
