In the light of the instructions received by learned advocate for Petitioner, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to approach the Trial Court in appropriate proceedings. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

In the light of the fact that three accused are senior citizens and one of whom is about 90 years, it would be in the interest of justice if the criminal Court where the case is pending, expedites the trial and endeavours to dispose off the case as expeditiously as possible and preferably by 31st July 2017. All parties shall render necessary assistance to the Trial Court by not seeking unnecessary adjournments.
