Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondent. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that as the Petition is filed at a premature stage, before the application filed by Dr.Harish Shetty, for his exemption from appearance before the trial Court decided, the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition, with liberty to file a fresh application before the trial Court, after the said application is decided.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty as sought.

If any such application is filed by the Petitioner before the trial Court, the trial Court shall decide the same in accordance with law. 5.
