(2) In view thereof, present Petition for habeas corpus is worked out and is accordingly disposed off.

(2.1) We however makes it clear that, the Petitioner and Respondent No.3 are at liberty to file fresh Consent Terms, thereby permitting Respondent No.3 for visiting rights of the child, Ms. Siona.
