Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner has primarily submitted that the value of the seven licenses which he had purchased was negligible which he came to know subsequently. He has in that respect filed two complaints with Pydhonie Police Station and Economic Offences Wing (EOW). 3.

We direct the concerned Police Station / EOW may take decision thereon within four weeks from today and convey the same to the Petitioner.
