Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. He states that the applicant will surrender before he appropriate Court or the concerned Police Station on or before 17th March, 2015. 2.

The application is allowed to be withdrawn. In view of the above statement, applicant shall not be arrested till 17th March, 2015. 3.

If an application for regular bail is filed, the same shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.
