Learned APP submits that at the first instance the daughter of the petitioner was traced and handed over in the custody of the petitioner. She left the house thereafter. Second time again she was apprehended with one boy. Both were tried to be given in the custody of the petitioner but she escaped. The latest information with the police is that girl who is major now has married Rajkumar Saroj. They are blessed with a son. Police are trying to trace out further details. It is submitted by the Counsel appearing for the petitioner that complaint filed by the petitioner is being investigated by the police. We direct the police to investigate the complaint.

For the present, no interference is warranted in the habeas corpus petition. The petition is disposed of.
