The Petition can be disposed of with simple direction in terms of prayer clause (b) i.e., to direct the 2nd Respondent to accept (i.e., take on file) the 2nd Petitioner's proposal for approval to the appointment of the 1st Petitioner as an Assistant Teacher with effect from 9th August 2019 in the un-aided school being run by the 2nd Petitioner. The 2nd Respondent is directed to do so and decide the said proposal expeditiously.

The 2nd Respondent will accept the proposal and take it on file by 13th February 2023 and decide it not later than 24th February 2023.
