Learned APP, on instructions from Superintend of Nashik Road Central Prison, stated that, the Petitioner was released on Covid-19 pandemic emergency parole on 1st June 2021. That, the Petitioner reported late by 20 days on 18th June 2022.

In view of the above, prayer of the Petitioner to release him on Covid-19 emergency parole is worked out. The Petition is disposed off.
