The petition is filed on 23/2/2015 and on 18/3/2016 notices were issued. However, til today, the Petition has not been heard. It appears that the learned Counsel for the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the Petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution. (SMT. SADHANA S.
