By this Civil Application, the applicants are challenging the order dated 25th January, 2016 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Thane. 2.

The challenge to the said order will not be maintainable by way of this Civil Application. The applicants will have to take out appropriate substantive proceeding, in accordance with law for challenging the said order.

Accordingly, we dispose of the application with liberty to the applicants to take out appropriate proceeding in accordance with law before the appropriate authority.
