This is an application for further modification of condition imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by an order dated 23rd August, 2013. By the said order, the applicant was directed to furnish two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each or four sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to make up the bail amount of Rs.1,00,000/-. By a subsequent order dated 13th December, 2017 passed in Criminal Application No.386 of 2017, the said condition was modified and the applicant was 1/2

45-APPLN198-18.DOC permitted to furnish one or more sureties to make up the bail amount Rs.1,00,000/- qua him.

Thus it is clear that the original condition no.1 has already been modified at the request of the applicant by order dated 13th December, 2017 passed in Criminal Application No.386 of 2017.

After perusal of the record, this Court is of the view that, further modification of the said Order, dated 13th December, 2017 is not necessary.

Application is accordingly rejected.
