The Applications are moved for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 16th December, 2014. This Court, while granting bail in section 307 matter, imposed condition that these two accused shall not enter city of Pune without prior permission of the trial Court and they were allowed to enter the city only for the purpose of attending the dates fixed in the Court.

Considering the tenure of the order and reasoning given therein, I am not inclined to relax the condition at this stage. The applicants are at liberty to move the Applications after four months. 4.
