Today, Tahsildar, Daund is present in the Court. The learned AGP has tendered a report filed by the Talati which is taken on record. The learned AGP submits that, the Tahsildar who is present in the Court has recently joined his duties. Therefore, he needs some more time to take instructions.

On 19th July, 2017, the learned AGP has recorded a statement that the State will decide the revision petition pending before the Revenue Minister within a period of four months.

In view of the statement made by the learned AGP on 19th July, 2017, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
