The impugned order dated 20-02-2018 merely speaks about demarcation of the property in question and even directs the Court Commissioner to take assistance of District Inspection Land Record (DILR). Having heard the learned Counsel for parties, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned orders. We, however, make it clear that upon the submission of the Report on demarcation, it will be open for the Petitioner to raise all contentions.
