P.C.:- Ms. Shinde, learned APP on instructions from the Superintendent, Nashik-Road Central Prison submitted that, the Petitioner was released on COVID-19 Pandemic Emergency Leave from 18th June, 2021 till 15th June, 2022. However, the Petitioner has returned back late to the prison by two days.

2) In view of the above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
