1. The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of Petitioner No.1 as a Jr. Clerk is pending with Respondent No.2 since 2020. The same is not yet decided.

2. In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of Petitioner No.1 as a Jr. Clerk is pending with Respondent No.2, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law and policy, preferably within a period of six months from today.
