The grievance of the Petitioner as reflected through the petition at the relevant time was that he was not properly treated in the hospital in as much as he was given medicines and discharged from the hospital without giving him proper treatment. 2.

Pursuant to the notice issued to the Respondent, Respondent has appeared in the matter and dealt with the allegations made in the petition.

Upon perusal of the averments made in the petition, in our opinion, the allegations made against the Authorities appear to be without any basis.

Learned APP appearing for the Respondent / State has tendered across the bar a report from the Additional Senior Police Officer, Thane Central Prison, Thane. The same is taken on record and

4. cri wp 926-14.doc marked "X" for identification. It appears that the Petitioner subsequently after filing of the present petition was released from jail on 19.10.2016. In that view of the matter, nothing further survives for consideration in the present writ petition. Hence, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
