P.C. :- 1] Neither the appellant nor her advocate is present. 2] On 15 March 2016, this court made the following order: The appeal challenges the order dated 6 February 2015 dismissing the notice of motion for injunction in a suit filed by the Appellant challenging the notice under Section 354A of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888.

The Appellant has not even sought any urgent reliefs in the appeal. The appeal has come up on board in regular course. When called out, none appears for the Appellant. It appears that the Appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Stand over to the next C.M.I.S. date i.e. on 20 September 2016, for dismissal.

It is clarified that there is no interim relief operating in this appeal."
