1] This petition is filed by the petitioner through jail making grievance that the Thane Civil Hospital has discharged him without giving any proper medical treatment.

2] The Deputy Superintendent of Prison, Thane Central Prison has filed affidavit dated 1st July, 2014. The Medical Report of Dr.R.M. Dhotre, Chief Medical Officer, Thane Central Prison is annexed at Exh.A to the affidavit. The Report discloses that the petitioner was suffering from Left Inguinal Hernia. He was admitted at Civil Hospital, Thane on 2nd January, 2014 and he was operated 1/2

The report further discloses that the petitioner was examined and certified that he is not suffering from any diseases and no external injury was seen on his body. It was further certified that the general condition of the prisoner was good and clinically stable.
