The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. She states that charge-sheet has been filed in the trial Court as against the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant intends to file an application before the appropriate Court after filing of the charge-sheet.

Accordingly, the application is disposed as withdrawn with liberty to file an appropriate application before the appropriate Court after filing of the charge-sheet. It is made clear, that this Court has not considered the application on its own merits and the learned Judge shall not influenced by the withdrawal of this application. If an application for regular bail is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits, in accordance with law.
