Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This application is preferred by original respondent for extention of time to withdraw the amount as per order dated 29.9.2011 passed in Civil Application No.2060 of 2011.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant was not able to withdraw that amount. Hence, he preferred Civil Application No.2770 of 2012. That application was allowed by this court by order dated 5.11.2012. She submits that inspite of that, it remained on the part of applicant to make arrangement for solvent security. Hence, there is a delay in preferring the Mohite 1/2

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Application and as applicant is seeking last chance to withdraw the said amount, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application as follows: a) Time to withdraw the amount as per order dated 29.11.2011 in Civil Application No.2060 of 2011 is extended till 15.3.2017 as a last chance. b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
