The learned APP produced for perusal of the Court report dated 25th July 2016 submitted by the Senior Inspector of Police of Mata Ramabai Ambedkar Marg Police Station, Mumbai. The report records that on completion of investigation the police have filed final report claiming 'C' summary on 21st April 2016 before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 38th Court, Billard Pier, Mumbai. 2.

In view of the filing of the said report, we decline to entertain this application. Needless to add that the learned N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

53-APL-241-2016 Magistrate shall pass appropriate order on the said report after issuing a notice to the first informant.
