Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners on instruction seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an appeal under Order 43 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. No order as to costs. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any views on the merit of the matter. All contentions on merits of both the parties are kept open. Ad-interim relief granted by this court to continue for a period of four weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension of stay would be granted by this court. If any fresh proceedings are filed by the petitioners, a copy thereof shall be served upon the respondents one week in advance.
