By this First Appeal, the appellant/Insurance Company is challenging Judgment and Award dated 19/08/2015, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Satara in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.74 of 2015, holding that the respondents/claimants are entitled compensation of Rs.25,85,000/- with 9% interest p.a. on the date of application till realization of the entire amount. Considering the submissions made by the Learned Counsel for the appellant and Judgment and Award, I am satisfied that appellant has made out case for following order :

ORDER

(a) Admit.

(b) Printing dispensed with.

(c) Appellant to file private paper book within one year from today, failing which, First Appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.

(d) Advocate Mr.Sachin Padaye waives service for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
