Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned Advocate for respondent No.2-MIDC submits that the proposal for de-reservation of the subject land has been forwarded to the Government and the same is pending with the Government.

In case, the proposal for de-reservation of the subject land is forwarded by the MIDC to the Government in the year 2017, then Government may take decision on its own merits in accordance with law and policy expeditiously, preferably within 9 months. 4.
