ssm 2 Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, the learned counsel for the first informant and the learned APP. Perused the record.

The record indicates that, after completion of investigation of the present crime, the police have submitted the charge sheet against the principal accused Ravi Shelatkar (the husband of the Applicant) and co-accused Satish Sawant.

A perusal of record would indicate that, the Applicant under the instructions of principal accused Ravi Shelatkar on one occasion accepted certain cash amount from the first informant at her residential premises at Pune. Apart from the said allegation, there is no other overt act attributed to the Applicant in the present crime. The record further indicates that the principal accused Ravi Shelatkar has been arrested by the police and is in judicial custody as of today. In view of the above, the Applicant is entitled to be protected by pre arrest bail.

Interim relief granted by this Court on 1st March 2018, is hereby confirmed.

Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 2/3
