By order dated 19.10.2022, this Court had appointed two former Judges of this Court as learned arbitrators and they were to appoint the presiding arbitrator. Learned counsel for the petitioner informs this Court that both the learned arbitrators have already communicated their consent and disclosure statement to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and that the learned presiding arbitrator has also done so. 2.

The record shows that the statement made on behalf of the petitioner is correct.

In that view of the matter, nothing further survives in this petition and it is accordingly disposed of.
